Shipping Policy
How It Works
There are a variety of shipping options available:

Same Day Shipping
This is available for Metro Manila for orders made before 12pm noon for a fee of 150PHP
For orders outside of Metro Manila, Same Day is available for Orders made before 10am for a fee of 250PHP

Standard Shipping
Available nationwide for a fee of 100PHP with an estimated arrival time of 1-2 weeks

Pick Up Options
Pick up is available on weekdays for orders made before 12pm

Free Shipping
Free Shipping is available for orders over 2970 (Within Metro Manila) and 3960 (Outside Metro Manila)
Returns
The Small Print
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by from the date that you have received the items you purchased from us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange/replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Since we are not the sole seller of Amaziherb products, we require a receipt or proof that you have indeed purchased the product from us.

Instead, please contact our Customer Support by phone, FB Messenger, Instagram or email to seek guidance on how to ship back the item you purchased from us.
Freshness Guaranteed
Our Policy

Quality, safety and freshness of food that has been standardized is the key to selling our products at Amaziherb. We guarantee our Fresh products to meet our customers' high standards for quality and freshness.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive or have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, let your delivery team member know during delivery and they’ll take the item back and arrange for a credit to your account.
If you notice a concern after your rider has left, please call or email our support team about any order issues within seven days of the day on which the item was (or was to be) delivered.
